Pooh’s rounded shape takes on an angular, whittled appearance in this vinyl figure. The yellow finish and red shirt retain his familiar colors, while the woodgrain-style window box carries the same visual theme around the piece.

The front photograph documents the figure and box number; the reverse records the matching character artwork. Funko identifies this edition as Whittled Deco, item 93221. It joined the Archive in September 2026, with an owner-reported release window of August–September that year.

A lone frogman faces an enormous pink dinosaur beneath the water. Joe Kubert’s cover fills the scene with teeth, sea mines, and a diver dwarfed by the creature, bringing the impossible encounter in “The Frogman and the Dinosaur!” into a single image.

This copy preserves more than the cover story. Its ten-cent price, DC emblem, and National Sports Council advertisement on the reverse remain visible through the slab. The cover date spans December 1960–January 1961, as recorded on the CGC label.

Special Marvel Edition #15 marks Shang-Chi’s first appearance in Marvel comics. Cover-dated December 1973, it introduces the Master of Kung Fu and his conflict with his father, Fu Manchu.

The title became Master of Kung Fu with issue #17, continuing the story begun here. For the Archive, #15 is a key first-appearance issue, documenting Shang-Chi’s origins and the beginning of his place in Marvel’s universe.

Silver Surfer #44 introduces the Infinity Gauntlet, placing the combined power of the Infinity Gems in Thanos’s hands. Cover-dated December 1990, the issue brings Silver Surfer and Drax into confrontation with a far more powerful adversary.

Written by Jim Starlin with art by Ron Lim and Tom Christopher, it forms part of the lead-up to 1991’s Infinity Gauntlet event. For the Archive, it captures a defining moment in Marvel’s cosmic stories: the emergence of the gauntlet at the center of Thanos’s quest for absolute power.

Ring of Fates carried the cooperative spirit of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles onto Nintendo DS. Its single-player adventure follows twins Yuri and Chelinka, while a separate multiplayer mode brings up to four players together through local wireless play. The U.S. release arrived on March 11, 2008, making that shared action-RPG experience portable.

This sealed copy preserves the USA Eco Case variant, with a CGC overall grade of 10 and an A++ Y-Fold seal. The two grades describe different aspects of the package: CGC’s 10 is its highest overall video-game grade, while A++ describes a nearly perfect original seal.

Created to commemorate Final Fantasy’s 20th anniversary, Dissidia brought heroes and villains from across the series together in a portable crossover. Its battles combined movement through three-dimensional arenas with RPG-style character growth, revisiting familiar characters and locations through a different kind of Final Fantasy adventure. The original North American release arrived on August 25, 2009.

This sealed White Hero Cover copy carries a CGC overall grade of 9.9 and an A++ V-Overlap seal. The overall grade and seal grade are recorded separately, preserving both assessments alongside the photographed packaging and certification details.

Fantastic Four brings Mister Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, the Human Torch, and the Thing together against Doctor Doom. The back cover highlights interactive backgrounds, character moves, and four-player play with a Multi Tap, placing the team’s comic-book action within the original PlayStation era.

This 1997 U.S. edition was published by Acclaim and developed by Probe Entertainment. Its illustrated cover puts the Thing in the foreground, with the rest of the team gathered behind him. The Wata holder preserves the sealed game together with its A-rated seal and the grader’s documented case condition.

The yellow Genesis 32X spine gives this DOOM release its own identity. A towering metallic logo sits above a marine surrounded by fire and demons, while the back replaces that painted scene with four gameplay screenshots.

This 1994 cartridge was packaged for the Genesis and its 32X hardware. Its one-player and 24 MEG markings remain visible beneath the original wrapping, with the VGA 80 NM label documenting the preserved copy.

Woody and Buzz fill a cover framed by the red Genesis spine, bringing the world of Toy Story to a cartridge-sized box. The reverse keeps the period’s bold graphics, character scenes and original R Zone sticker together in one physical record.

The Strong National Museum of Play dates the Genesis release to 1995. This factory-sealed copy preserves its retail packaging beneath a VGA 80+ NM label, with a grading date of August 6, 2020. The November 1, 2026 VGA population snapshot records a single graded copy across all grades, making this a particularly distinctive piece in the Archive.

Sonic and Knuckles face opposite directions within a shared emblem, set against a near-black cover and the red Genesis spine. The small Lock-On badge points to the cartridge feature illustrated across the back of the box.

Released in 1994, Sonic & Knuckles lets each character bring his own abilities to the adventure. Connecting the cartridge to Sonic 3 creates the combined Sonic 3 & Knuckles game, while the packaging also shows Knuckles joining Sonic 2. This factory-sealed copy preserves that original presentation beneath its VGA 80+ NM label.

Fear Effect combines cel-shaded character art with full-motion-video environments. Its story follows mercenaries Hana, Glas, and Deke as a search for a missing girl in Hong Kong turns into a struggle for survival.

Writer and director John Zuur Platten recalls a cinematic approach, drawing on Hong Kong action films and the atmosphere of Kowloon Walled City. This 2000 Eidos release preserves that presentation across four PlayStation discs, with a VGA 85 NM+ label documenting the copy shown here.

Final Fantasy VII marked the series’ arrival on PlayStation and its move into 3D presentation. Director Yoshinori Kitase recalls how CD-ROM capacity gave the team room for cinematic sequences and a more detailed world, while the new hardware brought its own development challenges.

This three-disc Black Label release preserves that original PlayStation presentation: Cloud Strife facing Midgar’s towering architecture, the Squaresoft branding, and a back cover built around the scale of the adventure. The VGA label records a 60 EX grade and identifies the Vertical Overlap variant.

The back cover retains the early “Realistic Violence” ESRB descriptor. Heritage documents this wording on first-production U.S. copies and notes that it was revised in later printings, identifying a distinct period in the game’s original Black Label release.

Sticker Star brought the Paper Mario series to a handheld for the first time. Mario and his companion Kersti search for the Royal Stickers after Bowser disrupts the Sticker Fest, with stickers used both in turn-based battles and to reshape the paper world.

The bright yellow cover gathers Mario, Bowser Jr. and familiar Mushroom Kingdom characters around the game’s paper-and-sticker theme. This Nintendo 3DS copy is presented with a VGA 100 GEM MT label; the front and back photographs preserve the game packaging and its grading holder together.

Released in North America on September 6, 2011, the Uncharted Greatest Hits Dual Pack brought Nathan Drake’s first two adventures together: Drake’s Fortune and Among Thieves, the latter in its Game of the Year edition. Naughty Dog introduced the bundle as a way to catch up before Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception arrived that November.

For the Archive, this edition preserves a moment when the series was expanding: two established adventures gathered into an accessible PlayStation 3 release, with the red Greatest Hits packaging and a bonus voucher linking it to the next chapter. This copy’s VGA 85 NM+ label records its condition on VGA’s standard 100-point scale.

The Child brings a deliberately small presence to Hasbro’s Black Series. Styled after the character from The Mandalorian, the figure pairs a wide-eared sculpt and robe with a broth bowl, ball, and Sorgan frog. The accessories remain visible beside the figure in the original window box.

Hasbro announced the Black Series figure in December 2019 for a spring 2020 release. This copy’s AFA label records the 2020 Dark Cuffs and Collar variant and preserves its 9.0 grade on the Modern Scale, with the Uncirculated designation.

Falling green code is the defining image of this edition. The title sits against near-black artwork, with the original Best Buy sticker and 4K Ultra HD banner still part of the sealed presentation.

Lana Wachowski directs the fourth Matrix film, with Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss returning. This 2022 home-video edition pairs 4K Ultra HD with Blu-ray in a SteelBook case, giving the film a place in the Archive’s physical media collection.

M. Bison towers over the ensemble on this SteelBook’s front, with Guile and the other familiar fighters arranged beneath him. The illustrated cover turns the cast into a single display piece, preserved here in its original wrapping.

Steven E. de Souza’s 1994 film brings Capcom’s fighting-game characters to live action, led by Jean-Claude Van Damme as Guile and Raul Julia as M. Bison. Mill Creek’s Blu-ray edition pairs that film with collectible packaging, new interviews and an advertised Bison Dollar insert.

Super Mario Bros. 2 gave players four distinct heroes: Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Peach. Luigi’s high jump, Toad’s lifting strength, and Peach’s ability to float made character choice part of the adventure. In Subcon, vegetables and even enemies become weapons in the fight against Wart.

Released for the NES in North America in 1988, this adventure was adapted from Nintendo’s Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic, rather than the sequel released in Japan. Its character abilities and dream-world setting give it a distinctive place in the early Super Mario series.

Issue #6 closes the first story arc of Dynamite’s 2025 Captain Planet series. As the Planeteers take action on Earth, Captain Planet confronts Captain Pollution above the planet—a showdown between the series’ environmental hero and his corrupted counterpart.

This Cover E edition presents Chad Hardin’s artwork on a premium metal cover, without the title graphics. It is a distinct edition from the artist’s non-metal Cover F limited virgin variant. The accompanying certificate documents its limited-edition status; a numerical print run has not been confirmed.

“Harley and Ivy and… Robin?” turns a familiar partnership into a rivalry when Poison Ivy brings the Boy Wonder under her influence. Harley’s frustration gives this animated Batman story its comic tension, with Paul Dini and Ty Templeton writing and Rick Burchett providing the interior art.

Published in 1996, the issue belongs to Harley Quinn’s early years in comics and continues her partnership with Poison Ivy. This copy preserves the Direct Sales cover, while its July cover date remains distinct from DC’s recorded May 15 on-sale date.

Batman Forever brought Val Kilmer’s Batman and Chris O’Donnell’s Robin together against Two-Face and the Riddler. Fleer’s movie cards captured that cast and the film’s scenes in a 120-card base set.

This is the standard retail printing, with silver ink and the “Fleer 1995” logo. Its checklist matches Fleer Ultra, while Ultra adds foil accents and chase inserts. The retail edition has no inserts, and the 108-card box contains fewer cards than the complete 120-card checklist. Its sealed packaging and surviving Kay-Bee sticker preserve a piece of 1990s movie merchandise and toy-store history.

“Diggin’ on You” was the fourth and final single from CrazySexyCool, the album that helped define TLC’s place in 1990s R&B. Written and produced by Babyface, the song reached No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100, completing the album’s run of four top-five singles.

This U.S. cassette pairs the album recording with L.A.’s Live Remix. Its original hype sticker preserves how the single was presented in the wake of “Waterfalls,” giving the sealed sleeve a connection to the album’s original retail campaign.

Celtic Guardian belongs to Yu-Gi-Oh!’s early English card lineup, appearing in Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon and Starter Deck: Yugi in 2002. The Level 4 EARTH Warrior carries 1,400 ATK and 1,200 DEF, with green armor and a sword that make its silhouette immediately recognizable.

FiGPiN #1241 translates that familiar character into a hard-enamel display pin. Its clear case and pin backer give the artwork a place on the shelf, while the GameStop-exclusive designation identifies the retail edition separately from its availability.

Eren Jaeger is shown in a dynamic airborne pose, wearing Survey Corps gear with crossed blades, a green cloak, and ODM equipment. The illustrated backing repeats the action artwork against a blue burst, creating a coordinated display from either side of the case.

FiGPiN #1307 is a common release from the regular Attack on Titan wave, alongside Mikasa Ackermann #1308. This example is First Edition, from a limited run of 750 pieces released June 24, 2023. Later production used the same pin number, so the edition remains an important part of this copy’s identity.

FiGPiN combines hard-enamel character artwork with a rubber backer that lets the pin stand for display. This entry preserves the photographed #1307 design and its original packaging artwork.

Mystique’s red hair, white costume, and skull belt stand out against the dark X-Men backing artwork. The glitter finish catches the light across her blue figure, while the clear case and matching portrait card make the packaging part of the display.

FiGPiN announced Mystique #881 for New York Comic Con 2022, with a limited run of 1,500 units. The convention sticker on the back preserves that release identity alongside the character artwork.
